Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please check our Facebook and Instagram pages for any updates regarding inclement weather or changes to this policy.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Locations

We are currently only shipping within the United States. Please check our Facebook and Instagram pages for any changes.  

Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship through USPS for domestic orders.

Shipping costs are based on the carrier’s current rates, package weight, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USA (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
  • USA (USPS Priority Mail): 2–4 business days
  • USA (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1–2 business days (Please check with us prior to selecting this option to confirm it can be met)

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can then track the package thru the carrier's website. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@whimsicalkits.com, including photos of the packaging and items, so we can follow up with the carrier to improve service.

Address Verification

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot refund or resend packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please contact us at orders@whimsicalkits.com within 24 hours of placing the order for your best chance at correcting the issue. In this case, we will refund the card used at purchase and you can place a new order.
